- My Custom Foundation (30ml): choose coverage and finish preferences too, for the perfect, natural, everyday look.

- My Custom Drops (15ml): gain an all-over tint from your skincare routine by adding 1-2 drops to your moisturiser. Add more drops to continue to build coverage. 

- My Custom Concealer (8ml): The Skin Tone Match option easily conceals blemishes while the brightening option provides a natural lift to your undereye.

Returns If you’re really not happy with your product, drop us a line at help@dcypher.me to let us know. We’ll send you a return label and sort your refund (excluding shipping) as quickly as we can.

We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and United States (excluding California).

Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 5-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.

All our makeup is mixed to order, allowing us to minimise waste by only making exactly what we need. While other brands have pre-made ranges that sit on shelves waiting to be bought, we blend from scratch every time – meaning less waste in the system and fewer steps in the manufacturing process.

Our cardboard boxes are FSC certified, our bottles are more than 80 percent recyclable by weight, and our ingredients are vegan friendly. We’re committed to doing everything we can to be greener, cleaner and more responsible in every possible way.

Foundation
When you receive your DCYPHER foundation in the post, check it’s a perfect match by applying a small amount to your jawline and checking yourself out in natural light. If it blends seamlessly into your skin without leaving any streaks or tidelines, you’ve found your foundation!

For a flawless application, always moisturise and prime first. Wait for that to dry before using a thin-bristled, synthetic brush to apply several dots of product to the middle of your face and blending it outwards with stippling or buffing motions.

You can also use your fingers or a sponge to apply foundation, just remember to start with the parts that need the most coverage, and keep your motions light and bouncy.

Concealer
The best way to apply concealer depends on how much coverage you need, as well as the overall look you want to achieve.

Achieve fuller coverage with a brush and lighter coverage with a sponge or your fingers. Whatever tool you choose, apply your concealer gradually, using gentle bouncing motions to layer it up.

For serious imperfections or discolouration, we recommend applying concealer prior to foundation, and topping up afterwards as needed. If your imperfections are smaller, apply your base first.

Just remember that less is more. Be careful not to overload your skin – the key is to let your natural beauty shine.

Skin Tone Match
If your goal is to hide blemishes and imperfections, this exact tone match will provide a second-skin formula that will disguise problem areas perfectly.

Brightening
If you’re looking to brighten skin and reduce dark circles, this subtly lighter shade will cover discolouration, counteract dullness and leave you looking energised.

Coverage Drops There are three ways to use your custom coverage drops:

1) Mix them with your moisturiser for a natural, all-over tint
2) Add some to your foundation for an instant coverage boost
3) Apply on top of your foundation base for extra coverage where you need it

To make sure your drops are perfect for you, simply mix a couple with your usual moisturiser and blend into the skin on your jawline. Then, check your complexion in natural light to make sure the shade blends seamlessly with your skin.

Complexion Brush Set
Each brush in our four-piece set has a key role to play in perfecting your complexion.

Precision Concealer Brush Target blemishes and hard-to-reach areas by dotting your product on gently before blending.

Small Buffer Brush Buff and blend foundation into smaller areas such as around your eyes and nose.

Foundation Brush Stipple your foundation in a circular motion, or apply other products such as bronzer and blush.

Powder Brush Buff powder onto your face using gentle, outward motions.
