If you are unhappy with the product you may request an alteration to the shade & product for free.
Please contact us via the help form or at email@example.com and we will arrange a new product to be sent out to you.
You are entitled to a refund on products even when opened, if you are not happy.
For returns simply contact us and let us know what product you would like to return on the help form or at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We will send you a returns label and issue a refund for your product (excluding shipping).
