We created custom foundation to change the world of cosmetics, one mixed to measure bottle at a time. We knew the foundation model was broken, and wanted to disrupt the industry with a brand that creates unique products for unique people – with customers at the heart of everything we do.

For this reason, we wanted to provide an update regarding our pricing structure while being completely transparent about the reasons behind the decision.

Recently, we’ve encountered significant increases in our supply chain costs. The increases can be attributed to a number of factors including the ongoing global supply chain issues. Additionally, the ongoing inflation rate in the UK has put considerable pressure on our operations, making it difficult to absorb these additional expense and maintain our current prices.

We want to emphasise that the decision to adjust our prices has not been taken lightly, and we understand the impact this can have on our loyal customers and people discovering us for the first time.
