Exchanges If your product isn’t perfect, don’t worry. Simply head to dcypher.me/adjust, tell us what’s not quite right, and we’ll mix a new formula just for you.

Returns If you’re really not happy with your product, drop us a line at help@dcypher.me to let us know. We’ll send you a return label and sort your refund (excluding shipping) as quickly as we can.

Shipping is free on all orders.

We currently provide shipping to addresses within the UK, European Union and United States (excluding California).

We aim to dispatch your items same day but in particularly busy periods this may not always be possible.

Delivery times may vary but most international orders will arrive within 5-10 working days, however this is not guaranteed.

Most of our shipments are tracked, you can track status of your order through your confirmation email or message us at help@dcypher.me for more information on where your order is.

We create makeup on demand, ensuring we only make what’s needed, minimising waste. Unlike other brands with pre-made products sitting on shelves or in storage, we blend every order from scratch, reducing waste at every stage of the supply chain journey. What’s more, all our ingredients are vegan-friendly, and we’re constantly working to improve our environmental impact. We're dedicated to being greener, cleaner, and more responsible in every aspect of our business.
